About Me

I am a daughter, a wife, a sister, a mom and a grandmother.

I am married to Bruce, who currently works for the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. We have two daughter, who have each given us a grandson. Being a grandmother is by far the best position I've held. We moved to Colorado in 2000, it would be difficult to leave such a beautiful state.

I received my massage education at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2004 from the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Certification Program, which combines neuromuscular and trigger point release therapies. This also includes the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapy (IANMT) certification, which is widely respected among the health care community.

I am also a Certified Health Coach. I have completed my first certification in Transformational Coaching and I am currently working on advanced certification.

I am partnered with an all natural supplement company which has a product line to include extremely high quality vitamins, probiotics, energy and weight-loss products.
